TitanTorq, LLC provides field service technology for HVAC companies using ServiceTitan.
When you request a demo: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and number of technicians.
When you onboard as a customer: Company information, technician names, ServiceTitan tenant ID, membership program details, and billing contact information.
During app usage: The TitanTorq app reads from and writes to your ServiceTitan account via ServiceTitan's public API. We do not maintain a separate database of your customer records. All job data, estimates, customer information, and technician data remain in your ServiceTitan account.
We use the information you provide to set up and maintain your TitanTorq instance, communicate with you about your account, provide technical support, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
TitanTorq connects to your ServiceTitan account through ServiceTitan's official API. We request only the permissions necessary to operate the app (customer data, dispatch, estimates, pricebook, memberships). Your API credentials are stored as encrypted environment variables in our hosting platform (Vercel) and are never stored in code, documents, email, or any other unencrypted format.
TitanTorq may integrate with the following third-party services depending on your plan:
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Cloudflare — Database and DNS services
• Resend — Email delivery for customer reports
• Twilio — SMS messaging for follow-up sequences (Growth tier)
• CompanyCam — Job photo integration
• ServiceTitan — Field service management platform
Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
We retain your onboarding and account information for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation. Your ServiceTitan data is not affected by cancellation — TitanTorq does not store customer records independently from your ServiceTitan account.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted environment variables for API credentials, HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, and access controls for administrative functions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@titantorq.app. Upon cancellation of your subscription, we will delete your onboarding data within 90 days.
If you subscribe to the Growth tier, TitanTorq sends automated SMS messages to your customers as part of the follow-up sequence. Messages are sent via Twilio from a registered phone number. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies based on your configured follow-up schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify active customers of significant changes via email.
